Currently working as CFO of Baggit India Private Ltd, as part of the strategic team for making organization future ready for IPO / financial investors.

For more than 17 years have been part of strategic team of various organizations in creating wealth for stakeholders with sustainability. Have worked with industry leaders of diversified sectors such as Textile Manufacturing, Engineering Consulting, Management Consulting, Media and Entertainment, Convenience Stores Retail, Hospitality/ Travel Retail and Fashion Retail.

As Group CFO / CFO of various organizations, have managed the treasury and fund raise exercise including front ending the stake sale by promoters to strategic investors / private equity players including process migration and cultural integration. 

In immediate previous role in industry worked as Chief Commercial Officer of Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Limited – Pantaloons Division. Have also worked in senior leadership role at with K-Hospitality, Reliance Mediaworks Entertainment Limited, Cedar Management Consulting Private Ltd, Chemtex Global Engineering Private Ltd, Arvind Mills Limited.

As a founder of AMG Advisory have also practiced as Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer providing advisory services on turnaround strategy, risk management and Forensic analysis.
