Dalpat Jain joined Vedant Fashion Private Limited (Manyavar) in May 2018 as its Chief Financial Officer. Before joining VFPL, he designated as SVP Finance at Entertainment Network (India) Limited (Times of India Group). Dalpat’s 17+ years of experience across industry segments span Strategy, helping Early Stage Businesses grow and Turnaround situations, M&A, fund raising through Debt & Equity, Commercial Functions, FP&A, Accounting, Taxation and Legal Affairs. He has received various awards and recognitions in the Times Group for his professional contribution. During the early part of professional career, he worked with Morgan Stanley and A.F. Ferguson (now merged with Deloitte). Dalpat holds a Graduate Degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary.
