•    Akshay is a Chartered Accountant and Diploma in IFRS holder. He has more than 15 years of experience in IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, IPO and financial reporting related consulting. Currently, he is a Co-founder, CEO & Managing Director at LeazeOn Private Limited. 

•    Akshay has been an instrumental member in the development of a software product – LeazeOn which addresses IFRS 16 / Ind AS 116 Leases accounting, reporting and management requirements. LeazeOn software is used by 300 + companies all over the globe.

•    He also specialises in providing technical accounting and IFRS / US GAAP implementation services to leading Indian and global companies across various sectors. 

•    He is a regular speaker and trainer on accounting and financial reporting matters, namely, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, Corporate Law etc. at various forums including Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has trained more than 3,000 students on ACCA Diploma in IFRS in the past.
