Kaustubh is a Mathematics graduate from the University of Delhi.
Have worked across industries – IT Enabled Services, Consumer Durables, Banking and now Fintech over a career spanning 23 years. I have spent close to 9 years in one of the largest Private banks in the country, learning the ropes of both retail and Corporate Credit. 
Before taking up a transformational leadership role in M1xchange, I was heading Wholesale Banking and Trade for a Foreign Bank where I initiated setting up of the Inter Bank FI and Syndication verticals. I was also instrumental in structuring the Supply Chain Finance products and policy in this role.
Currently I am a Sr. Director at M1xchange, an RBI regulated and licenced Fintech, heading corporate coverage and acquisition.
