Jayesh Patel is a qualified Chartered Accountant having an experience of 28 years. He has pursued his professional goals in an active manner and to augment the professional needs, he has obtained qualification in Certified Information Systems Audit (CISA) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association of USA and Middle Management Development from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Currently he is working with Globus leading the Finance, Accounts & Legal department as the Chief Financial Officer and Warehousing & Logistics department as Head Logistics.

He has expertise in the areas of planning and risk management, setting up systems and procedures, implementing ERP, arranging project finance, working capital management and direct and indirect taxation. As a head of Logistics Department he is responsible for availability of right merchandise at right time and at right place and improving turnaround and processing time at warehouse.

He has previously worked with Chartered Accountant firms like G. M. Kapadia & Co and N. A. Shah Associates, where he has specialized in the areas of Audit, Taxation and Management Consultancy.
