Neeraj Basur is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Certified Risk Professional (IRM, UK), with over 3 decades of industry experience, currently working with Trent Limited as their Chief Financial Officer also overseeing legal, compliance and secretarial functions.

Before he took on his current role with Trent Limited in June 2022, Neeraj was in the role of Group Chief Financial Officer with Blue Star Limited for 8 years. In his previous stints Neeraj has worked with Niva Bupa Health Insurance, Max India, HCL Technologies, Spice Telecom and Escorts, and handled responsibilities involving strategic financial management, legal and secretarial services, investor relations, M&A, fund raising, and risk management.

Neeraj also serves as an independent director on the boards of Integrace Pvt. Ltd since April 2019 and Board of Sesa Care Pvt Ltd since August 2022.
