ED - Finance & CFO, Trent Limited

Venkat joined Tata Administrative Services in 2001 and was with Tata Sons Limited as a part of the group finance team. He thereafter joined Trent as CFO from May 2008. He has been recently appointed to the Board and is currently Executive Director (Finance). He oversees the accounting, secretarial, legal & strategy functions and has anchored Negotiation of defining strategic alliances for Trent in recent years, including the JV with Tesco Plc for the Star Bazaar business and the JV with Inditex for Zara stores In India.
